Return Policy
In case of return or exchange, follow the guidelines below.
1. The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. Fashion products can be tried
on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in
an inadequate condition, we reserve the right not to register your complaint.
2. The return period of the defective product is ’15 days’ (Working Days). OR For return
or exchanged items, the request shall be entertained within 15 days (Working Days)
of receiving the parcel.
3. Please return the product with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for
returning the items.
4. Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery, i.e., courier or
registered post, on their own expense to our address.
5. Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
6. Refund requests will be processed within 10 working days after receiving the
returned products.
7. It is important to label the returned product as ‘Return item’ to avoid any discrepancy
or inconvenience
